QMA Media — Booking Terms & Conditions 

By submitting this form, you confirm the information provided is accurate and agree to the following:
 
 
1) Booking Request & Scheduling
 

  • Submitting this form is a booking request, not a confirmed appointment, unless you receive written confirmation from QMA Media (email/text).

  • Shoot dates/times are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

 
 
2) Pricing & Scope
 

  • Pricing is based on the service(s) selected and the property details provided.

  • If property details change (ex: square footage, number of units, added rooms/areas, special requests), pricing and delivery timelines may be adjusted before the shoot.

  • For larger or more complex properties, QMA Media may provide a custom quote prior to proceeding.

 
 
3) Access & Preparation
 

  • Client is responsible for ensuring legal access to the property at the scheduled time (lockbox, keys, agent present, tenant approval, etc.).

  • Property should be photo-ready before arrival (clean, staged, lights working, clutter removed). Extra time required due to property not being ready may result in additional fees.

 
 
4) Rescheduling / Cancellations / No-Show
 

  • Rescheduling requests must be made with as much notice as possible.

  • If the client cancels last-minute, cannot provide access, or the property is unavailable at arrival, a cancellation / trip fee may apply to cover travel and reserved time.

  • Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling at no penalty.

5) Turnaround Times
 

  • Standard turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload, revisions, and project complexity.

  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

 
 
6) Revisions
 

  • Minor revisions are included where applicable (ex: small trims, basic adjustments).

  • Major changes (new edit direction, additional versions, added shots, re-shoot requests, re-staging) may be billed separately.

 
 
7) Media Delivery & Archiving
 

  • Final deliverables are provided via download link unless otherwise stated.

  • QMA Media may archive files for a limited time; long-term storage is not guaranteed unless agreed.

 
 
8) Usage Rights / Portfolio
 

  • Client receives permission to use delivered media for marketing the property and their business.

  • QMA Media may use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes (website/social media) unless the client requests in writing that the project remain private before delivery.

 
 
9) Liability
 

  • QMA Media is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate property details, lack of access, unsafe conditions, or third-party restrictions.

  • Client confirms they have the right to request filming/photography at the property.
